FAQ

Can you help with a new business start-up?
We have helped a number of businesses start up from scratch, making sure they are ready to trade within their deadline.

We're a tiny company; why do we need IT support?
Most companies will have IT to some capacity and it is vital to have support at some level in case something goes wrong. There is nothing worst when something has stopped working and then you are having to find support last minute.

Would you be able to help us with our IT if we are a unique business?
It doesn't matter what type of business you run, IT - to a degree - is common. Users will normally have desktops, laptops, printer(s) and most likely a server, running an email system and office applications. You will probably have your own software that is tailored to your business - we can work with that, too.

Can you supply telephone systems as well?
We work closely with a partner company who provides all types of telephone systems including VOIP.

What happens if something goes wrong out of hours?
We can offer out-of-hours support, and the support contract will be tailored to your business needs.

I need only ad-hoc support; isn't that expensive?
It's not expensive, but if you are a small business and don't have any IT support we would recommend a full support contract.

Can I afford a monthly support contract?
Our contracts start as little as £80 per month, which offers you peace of mind if something goes wrong. You will have one point of contact for all your IT requests with a service level agreement making sure you get the service you deserve.

Is backup really expensive and do I really need this?
Backup is not expensive and must be considered in all cases. If you lost all your work you potentially lose your business.

Is there any way my IT can work without things going wrong?
IT is a must for any business but like many things it can break down. We can provide failsafe - also known as redundancy - to help keep downtime to a minimum.
