Gold support is designed for companies that have desktop PCs, laptops, peripherals and a server; its fast response and resolution time keeps downtime to a minimum. Silver support
is suitable for companies that have a number of desktop PCs, laptops, peripherals and a server. The key element is the additional support you will receive for the server, and this should be the minimum support package for any company to consider. Bronze support is suitable for very small companies that have no more than 5 desktop PC's or laptops and a
few peripherals but no server.
